So I just mashed, sparged, and drained about 6.5 gallons of hot wort (or is it extract?) into my bottling bucket. I plan to brew it tonight. Will it be ok sitting in the bucket for a few hours? I'm just worried about the temp. It's probably 150-160 degrees. Will it be ok?

I know, was being lazy! I thought I remembered seeing something on here about it being ok to do, then after I did it, I was second guessing myself. It's been in there now for a while, so hopefully it will be ok...

I dumped boiling wort into my fermenter bucket with no issues. I did sanitize the lid when I put it on and put a bit of sanitizer in the airlock, small enough amount that it would not get sucked back into the fermenter. About 24 hours later I pitched yeast into it and it is fermenting. I'll know more about it in a week or so.
