Greetings Hop Heads...I just jumped into allgrain after 5 or so extract batches...I am brewing in a bag, along with a 10 polarware pot ..now as a step to make it easier on the ol mans back...instead of lifting my wort soaked bag out after my mash when done..I opened my ball valve and drained my wort into my fermenter bucket aka the Ale Pail...along with my bottling bucket, to get my wort seperated form the grain b4 my boil...do you think that maybe that hot liquid isent a good idea in my plastic bucket?..I just thought of this after the fact....keep in mind the liquid was only 165 or so degrees (mash out)....and in for just a short time...maybe 5 minutes.... and dumped right back into the pot,any thoughts? for some reason I am thinking this would not be a good practice...thankx for the advice.....Tom
