This is my house IPA, but I used the new MMD-3 Mill at my shop.
11.gals /90min boil
26lb GW pale ale malt
4lbs Munich
1lb crystal 20
.5lb Honey malt
.5lb flaked barely
1 lb Beet sugar
mashed 148f for30min 151f for 45min

OG should have been 1.064
OG was 1.082

god, you have to love a good crush, looked like crumbles, thought it was going to stick, but recirculated fine, (HERMS) 89% EFF

30gr Newport @60min leaf
30gr Admiral @45min Leaf
30gr Citra @30min Pellets
46gr Simcoe @15min Pellets
55gr cascade @5min fresh leaf
whirl-pooled for 40 min.

didn't think it would go that high, only had a 800ml starter of 1056.
so 6gal got the 1056 starter+02+go ferm
5 gal got pitched with a re hydrated WLP005 and a little 1756 pacman,
go ferm and w/O2.
I'm going to hit both with o2 in the AM and add more nutrient (5gr)

this should be one high beer, It goes low last batch went to 1.008 from 1.072, don't ask what I'm racking 1gal on to

Looks good, the sugar is a good addition in a big IPA and the low-ish mash temp is a good choice. I assume you are going to add some dry hops? It doesn't look like you have enough finishing hops to go without.
