I bought an Imperial Sparge Arm for recirculating during the mash. Was wondering what fitting to use to connect the 3/8" tubing connected to the sparge arm tube to 1/2" tubing connected to my mash tun. Camlock quick disconnects are used to connect the 1/2" tubing to the mash tun. Just need to connect the 1/2" tubing to the 3/8" tubing. Thanks for any help.

Probably use a compression fitting to grab onto the 3/8 tube, then to a hose barb, quick connect, or whatever.
