Looks good to me.

I personaly never use Cara-Pils. I use a lb of Crystal Malt and mash ~155-156. That gives me all the body and head retention that i want.

Yeah, I know Cara-Pils is hit or miss with some. I wasn't thinking when I went to the HBS and had all the specialty grains added to the same bag, so it's slightly difficult to separate. DOH! LOL.

Thanks for the feedback!

Cracked the first bottle today. I actually dry hopped with 1 oz of Citra instead of 2 oz of Cascade and also had no 60 minute addition, moved the Cascade to 30 with the Chinook. I couldn't be happier with this beer. Tropical notes on the nose from the Citra, delicious hop bitterness, variety of flavors citrus, tropical, fruity, herbal. Hoppy, but clean.

Just leaving a delicious taste in my mouth. Wicked happy. PROST!
