Does anyone have any experience with hops direct delivering to the east coast, more specifically Atlanta? I am about to place an order for three pounds, and I would like to get a ballpark guesstimate if possible. Thanks in advance

Ballpark... maybe 8-10 bucks.

I just ordered 50 pounds, for $43 in shipping. Most ppl seem to pay about 8-12 bucks to get out here from WA

OR you can call them, they are great to deal with and will give you a shipping quote in about 60 seconds.

It cost me $10 to get 4 pounds to Richmond VA, using their cheapest shipping method.

North country malt has a homebrewers section, you can buy by the pound. Shipping is fedex. To Georgia, 5lbs = $10, 10lbs = $11, 15lbs= $12.

Even at 5lbs, that is $1.62 an ounce shipped for pellet. If you want to buy with someone... I think DeadDoc still wants some Simcoe. Post over in the North Atlanta Homebrewers group...
