Hops

Do I leave hops in the wort while it ferments

I don't. I use a hop bag in the boil so they all come out before the beer is in the fermenter. other people just toss the hops in loose in the boil. I don't think it has too much difference in the outcome, I just like not having more gunk in the bottom of the fermenter when the beer is done.

Ok thanks. I just wondering because I always have too much of a malty flavor when it's done. I guess I should use more hops then.
