Hops

i have an extra bag of hops i have had for a whilei have two Questions 1 are they still good, might be a year or two old?, second Question i am thinking of adding in a little extra hops for a more hoppy flavor, is that good to do in a beer kit i am useing coppers daught ?

If they were frozen, yes. Otherwise = compost.
