Soooo learned a lesson today.
Simcoe and Watermelon do not mix.
A few weeks ago I had a batch that I figured wasn't going to turn out great so I added some Brewers Best Watermelon to it.
It was a pale ale with Amarillo and Simcoe.
Number one - this flavoring tastes like fake bubblegumish watermelon.
Number two - these two flavors do not mix.
