Hops that go well with apple?

Hello All,

Any recommendations for a hop that goes well with apple?

It’s been a while but I like to brew an apple ale. I pick a basic pale recipe and scale the grains down to 4 gallons. Then after a few days in the primary I top off with 1 gallon of Costco apple juice. It always turns out great. For flavor hops I’ve used cascade and Citra. The Citra I thought went well with the beer.

But I want to try something different this time. I have to admit that I’m not a huge fan of IPAs so it seems like my knowledge of newer hops is limited.

Any suggestions? Maybe a New Zealand hop, or mosaic?

I'd recommend Calypso hops. I have an apple lager recipe I do, where I use apple juice as well, and I use calypso hops solely. Really brings out the apple flavor.
