hops question

i have some hop pellets in ziplock bags in my fridge. theyve been there for a month or so.. are they still good to use?

Certainly! One month in the fridge is no problem. I have hops that are about 1 year old and have only been in the fridge for 8-9 months (I forgot about them for a few months!) and the ones I've used have been good but not great.

Yours should be as good as fresh I think.
