I was in on a live stream brew cast a while back & talked with the guys about not just using spent grains in a pizza crust,but mixing a little spent hop grains in some pesto to add with the sauce on the pizza.?...
Oooh, hops in pesto. Now there's an idea. I would think they'd be too bitter for just about anything else.
I made beer bread with an IPA once...bad idea, way too bitter.
