Hey Guys,
Being a glutton for punishment (because I don't have enough recipes), I am looking to brew a Kona Longboard Island Lager type beer. Truth be told, a buddy brought some over and the SWMBO liked it (for me it was middle of the road and nothing special). Anyway, since she is not a "beer drinker" and had a few of these, I would like to give it a shot.... The beer.....

I see from their website they use:
  • Pale 2 Row
  • Mt Hood
  • Hallertau
  • Sterling
  • Millenium

And these are the numbers they provide:
  • 20 IBU
  • 4.6% ABV
  • OG 10.95 P (1.044)

Using my 15 gallon kettle and brewing a 5 gallon batch, I figure 9lbs of 2-Row and 1lb Wheat Malt, and Czech Pilsner Lager yeast (WL2278) should give me a good base (1.050), but I am completely lost trying to get those four hops to blend to 20 IBU. Any help is appreciated!

George

I've found this schedule but it does not have the Millenium in it, nor does it show the Hallertauer boil time (the Saaz can sub for the Sterling).....

1.00 oz Mt. Hood [6.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 4 11.3 IBUs
0.50 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] - Boil Hop 5 1.9 IBUs
0.75 oz Saaz [4.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 7 1.1 IBUs
