Hops and vodka

Has anyone ever tried to put hops in vodka then add that as a dry hop method as well as an infusion. When I dry hop it seems to clog keg lines

I dont think that putting hops into a liquid will affect how the hops act in liquid.
I assume you are dry hopping in a keg and force carbing that?
For dry hopping in a keg I think the most common practice is to put the pellets into a hop sack and use some unflavored floss to tie it so it wont rest on the bottom of the keg near the pickup tube.
