The goals: nice hop flavor in a more sessionable beer; chance to experiment with the pound of Green Bullet I bought a year ago and haven't opened; some doughy/wheat going on underneath; get a first generation of Conan (Yeast Bay Vermont) ready to attenuate a DIPA.

11 gallon batch, target OG of ~1.047
46.5% Wheat malt
46.5% 2-Row
5% Caravienne
2% Carapils

The ask: what hop(s) to pair it with? I'm waffling here, and would love to hear people's thoughts. My hop stash is way too full (lotsa sours lately), so unreasonable/profligate amounts are fine. Think hopstands, dry-hopping, etc.

I will probably go Simcoe/Columbus/Citra/Chinook for next brew's DIPA, so would prefer not to just replicate that hop profile.

My inventory looks like this:
More typical stuff (for style): Bravo, Cascade, Chinook, Columbus, Magnum, Simcoe

Less typical stuff (for style): Sonnet Golding, Tradition, UK Challenger, UK EKG, UK Phoenix, Ultra, Willamette

Cheers, guys and gals! :mug:
