For those who use hop bags or those big hop-hanger-sacks, do you remove those before using your IC to chill, or just try to fit everything in there all the way until the transfer to fermenter?
I think it would depend on style but, I usually remove after I am below 100F when chilling. That is just what I do on my system and method though. So maybe repeat the same recipe removing bag at flameout and removing at a different time during chilling.
