Hop storage

I accidentally left some hops out at room temp for a few days. They look to be sealed in a Mylar bag. Will the alpha acid content still be the same?

A few days is fine if they are vacuum sealed. It's likely that there isn't a noticeable difference. You don't want to store them long term at room temp, vacuum sealed or not.

Store freezer,& LME & yeast in the fridge. They'll keep a lot longer than in the fridge or on the shelf.
