Making a NEIPA and wanted to know how the hop schedule looks:

IBU (tinseth): 70.71

0.25 oz - Columbus, Type: Pellet, AA: 15, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 12.81
1 oz - Centennial, Type: Pellet, AA: 10, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 12.39
1 oz - Citra, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 11, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 12.39
1 oz - Galaxy, Type: Pellet, AA: 14.25, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 17.65
1 oz - Mosaic, Type: Pellet, AA: 12.5, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 15.48
1 oz - Centennial, Type: Pellet, AA: 10, Use: Boil for 0 min
1 oz - Citra, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 11, Use: Boil for 0 min
1 oz - Galaxy, Type: Pellet, AA: 14.25, Use: Boil for 0 min
1 oz - Mosaic, Type: Pellet, AA: 12.5, Use: Boil for 0 min
2 oz - Centennial, Type: Pellet, AA: 10, Use: Dry Hop for 4 days
2 oz - Citra, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 11, Use: Dry Hop for 4 days
2 oz - Galaxy, Type: Pellet, AA: 14.25, Use: Dry Hop for 4 days
2 oz - Mosaic, Type: Pellet, AA: 12.5, Use: Dry Hop for 4 days

YEAST:
White Labs - London Ale Yeast WLP013

NOTES:
Add half during peak primary fermentation (about 4 or 5 days in) for 4 days. Rack to secondary with the rest of the hops for an additional 4 days. Bottle condition for 2 weeks, drink and enjoy! Drink young, drink cold.

If it were me I'd kill your 10 minute addition and do everything else you have listed.

I agree with grassfeeder, I would drop the 10 minute hops or cut them in half. More importantly, you need to do a double dry hop for a NEIPA: The first one while the yeast is still active (day 2 or 3) and the second closer to packaging (4-7 days pre-packaging).

yep, cut your 10 minute addition
change your bittering addition (make it bigger and turn it into FWH)

alot of people say to do the early dryhop - i dont tend to, just a massive dryhop like you already have will be fine.

Or do the same 60 min, add .75oz of columbus at 10 min, then do the rest. That is pretty much the trillium recommendation in BYO. Well they only do columbus in the whirlpool but no issues with what you suggested.

My latest I did .25oz columbus at 60, .75 columbus at 10, 1oz columbus, 1oz galaxy, 1oz citra whirlpool, then 3.5oz citra, 3.5oz galaxy and 1oz columbus dry hop at day 3. Its tasting pretty good right now.

I love the input from everyone. Thank you!

I like the idea of the full FWH, I feel like it'll give it a good round about bitterness. Cutting the 10min hops and keeping the FO hops as is. Upping the dry hops a bit and adding them 2-3 days in, and not doing a secondary.
