hop question

Please bare with me,I'm new to homebrewing...I have a 'Porter 'kit ..It has 2 varities of hop pellets..the 1st hops boil for 60 min and the 2nd hops boil for only 1 min..since the 2 nd hops only boil for 1 min.-should they be crushed to get their full inpact or left whole ??

No they will dissolve almost instantly when they hit the boil!

yep- they will disolve in the hot wort.

Don't forget they will be sitting in the wort as you cool it and the aroma oils will continue to dissolve.
