Just a question for you electric brewers. Do you use regular hop bags, or do you all use the suspended paint strainer method? I'm wondering if hop bags would melt to the elements. I'm concerned about building an E-keggle and going back and fourth between 5 and 10 gallon batches. The suspended paint strainer seems like it wouldn't have enough room to get down in the wort, w/o touching the element during a 5 gallon boil. I have a keg, but haven't decided on using a 220v or 2 120v elements yet.
