So I've got a 16 gallon pot with a 1/2" stainless ball valve on it. I have all of the brass fittings in the world.

What exactly do I need to hook this up to my hose and spigot?

I'll be brewing thursday and hitting the local hardware store before then, I'd like to have everything hooked up with no leaks/surprises but I've never used a Counterflow chiller, or this brew kettle.

A couple of hoses and at least three hose clamps. A pair of garden hoses to run the water. That's about it.

Now, if you've got a pump, the answer gets a little longer.

No pump, just gravity feeding.

Do I need special high-temp tubing? If so where do I get that?

I use the high temp silicone stuff. Not sure what the flexible PVC tubing at the big box stores is rated for, but worth checking out. Otherwise, look for the silicone stuff at morebeer northernbrewer, tylersbrewing.com, etc.
