I want to make a nice summer beer that I can have on deck every day. Something that has a mild honey taste followed by a slight toasted finish.

Here is what I am looking at. Your thoughts?

Est Original Gravity: 1.044 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.011 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 4.39 %
Bitterness: 19.0 IBU
Est Color: 6.9 SRM

7.50 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 85.71 %
1.00 lb Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 11.43 %
0.25 lb Toasted Malt (27.0 SRM) Grain 2.86 %
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (60 min) Hops 19.0 IBU
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale

Mash @ 150F for 60 min

Sounds like a crisp, refreshing summer beer to me. Although I might back down on the honey malt to .5 lbs to reduce the sweetness. Good luck.
