I brewed a saison this morning and added 11oz of honey to the kettle 10 minutes prior to flameout.

I hit my preboil gravity, but my postboil gravity is only reading the same as if I had brewed with just grains.

My question is if the honey is undissolved and if so, will it stay behind in the kettle post transfer (I normally leave a gallon of trub, hops, etc in the kettle to avoid transferring too much of the gunk)?
