Honey Ginger IPA Recipes?

I'm looking to brew my first all grain IPA (very casual IPA fan to be honest - I've always preferred more malty affairs).

Anyhoo, I'm feeling drawn to honey ginger combination, but, I can't find anything I like online.

I'd like to use both real honey and honey malt, but don't want a crazy hop schedule. Ideally it'd be in the 60-70 IBU range.

Any recipe suggestions?

Ok, so, I took a fairly straightforward IPA recipe and melded it with my thoughts for honey and honey malt with the ginger... Any thoughts here?

11.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 75.9 %
1.75 lb Munich 10L (Briess) (10.0 SRM) Grain 2 12.1 %
0.75 lb Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 3 5.2 %

0.50 oz Nugget [13.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 4 20.5 IBUs
1.00 oz Citra [12.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 6 18.7 IBUs
