Hey y'all,

I purchased a Honey Amber Ale kit from Midwest with Safale US-05 Dry Yeast (http://www.midwestsupplies.com/honey-amber-ale-kit.html) and wanted to do something different with it.

Given that I am fairly new to brewing, (about 5 batches under my belt) I have yet to attempt to add anything to my secondary. I am interested in either dry hopping or adding fruit to the secondary and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? I am unsure if this kit warrants any sort of additions.

Thanks in advance!

Part of the joy of home brewing my friend is making whatever the heck you want. Personally, I'd do the late honey addition and enjoy the flavor and aroma that the honey will impart. Less is almost always more!
