Ok... So Im working on my second home brew. First was a kit which elevated my interest exponentially. So I wanted to do something a little harder.
I chose to do an orange blossom amber which called for the addition of .62 cups of honey prior to bottling. Well I added it just before putting it in the primary carboy.
Now after putting it into the secondary carboy I realize that the honey was supposed to be used for carbonation in place of the sugar.
Question is... Do I use 5oz of sugar now for bottling or another .62 cups of honey? Thanks for all the help. Even if I screwed this sideways.
