Hi everyone. I've been lurking on the forums for a while but finally decided to sign up and b.s. with you guys (and gals). I'm only a few batches deep into my homebrewing career (ha), but loving the process and, of course, enjoying the results.
I've been brewing mostly extract kits (and a partial mash kit that turned out really well), but looking forward to knowing enough about the ingredients that I can write my own recipes eventually.
I'm looking forward to jumping on here and learning more from the community- I've read enough to know that there's a wealth of knowledge and experience here. Cheers everyone!
