Fish sauce. Quite possibly best described as the Faro Lambic of the asiatic culinary trade. Salted, mashed, fermented, and brewed much akin to our much adored liquid bread only by example of chicha or kombucha methods.

Anyone here got the gils to homebrew their own? Lets here about it.


Tempeh. Patty cake, patty cake, bakers man. Make me a cake as moldy as you can. Ferment it, fry it, sell it to veg-tari-ans....
