Ok. I made a homebrew video. It's not very good but it's my first. I would love feedback on the video itself and my techniques. Anything I can do to improve (without buying more equipment), etc...be nice please.

The video needs more of a wider picture, The way you brew is a little different as you fly sparge but in general I only saw one thing that I would change, That is when you drain the mash tun I would use a hose to lower the wort to the brew pot. The hose would extend to the bottom of the pot. That said if you are having success the way you are doing things I would continue. Why the 90 minute mash? I thought that conversion happens in less that a hour. Just a question,.:)

I don't have anything to hold my phone and it's hard to hold horizontal. The recipe called for 90 min mash and boil. This was my first high gravity so nervous about it.

I had thought about attaching a hose but I really don't get spillage so I would be adding something that isn't needed. If I ever have a garage and build a tier system I may.

Do you mean that I fly sparge or how I fly sparge?

It's really fun seeing what everyone's process is.
Looks like you've got quite a big brew going there.
Id be interested to hear how it works out

It's struggling. I'm worried about a stall. First time brewing something this big. Gonna give it about 10 days and re-pitch if needed.
