Has anyone attempted to put a blichmann floor burner on top of a stainless steel table? Results? Do the blichmann burners put out a lot of heat on the bottoms?
I run a pair of Blichmann floor burners integrated into a single tier 3V rig and the air space under the burners stays quite cool. Not only does heat rise, but the make-up air flowing upwards is continually cooling that area under the burner.
When I first got them I set them on 20" square concrete patio tiles on my composite decking and the stones never got warm. In fact they got damp from condensation...
