I couldn't figure out how to turn the damn thing on! but it's a helluva upgrade from the 1984 see & say! damn string broke and they don't make replacement strings.

We were dirt poor when I was a kid, didn't have fancy talkin toys. My dad would fall asleep in his lawn chair, and we'd throw crab apples at him. Depending on where he was struck, he'd say different things, well, more like scream them.

I learned a lot of great words from him, he was in the army in WWII.

crab apples? you were lucky to have crab apples. all we could afford were crabby neighbors. and it was our dad who threw them at us!
