Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi! My husband and I are complete newbies to brewing, but not to drinking! :tank: ha ha ha Can't wait to learn from voices of experience and get started on this wonderful path.
Does anyone out there brew organic beer?? Would really love some info on that!
Namaste ya'll.

Ahhhhhh, the blue ridge mountains. My home for 7 years.. man I miss that place. Welcome to the forum and to brewing! You have to have a taste for good brew being the in the blue ridge area. If you are near Asheville, I know there is a homebrew store downtown I used to go to.

Ahh, Blue Ridge... the home of the defunct ACA airlines, then defunct Independence airlines... now thier planes are in the desert. Welcome to the madness!! Check out the DIY section for ideas on how to build your equipment if you so desire. The differences in brewing organic brews and regular brews is basically where you buy your ingredients, the rest is just beer.

WELCOME

I'm near Va Tech - big surprise. My husband & I used to frequent a beer store there that also sold supplies. And by frequent I mean I think we should've named our first born for that store since they probably helped us along a lot! ha ha ha
Tree Stump Stout - man that sounds quite intruiging!! I love the stouts personally, my husband is the IPA type of guy - so we should come up with some interesting brews. ;)
