Hello everyone not too new to the forums been lurking now for some time. Been slowly gather great information which has now ended up as two 5 gallon batches in my closest fermenting into pure joy!!!
Wanted to stop in and say thanks for all the great info and I look forward to one day contributing to to the HB community and not being so nub!
So far got an American ale going and a Belgium Wit and can not wait to bottle and consume! Once again thank you all and I will drink a yummy SN Summerfest for the forums tonight since my beer is still fermenting.
