Well I have only been brewing for about 2 years or so. I started out, like a lot of people, with good 'ol Mr. Beer. My wife got me a 5 gallon kit for this last xmas and I love it! I have a super clear, super tasty, Cali IPA (kinda like an Arrogant Bastard) conditioning right now and can't wait until it is done on the 22nd. I'm glad that I found this forum where I can talk to people who are just as obsessed as I am!
