I posted about the Hoegaarden that I brewed a couple of weeks ago being very actively fermenting. After I transferred the brew to my carboy, I am having the exact opposite happening. There seems no be no activity at all. It's been in the carboy for about a week, but nothing seems to be happening. Any thoughts about this...is it dead? Will it be ok when I add the malt and bottle it?
Thanks, Jim S
