I'm planning to make this recipe 'http://www.ibrew.com.sg/Hoegaarden%20Recipe.asp' but I was wondering in anyone knew how many oranges could be required for 20g of peels.

If you have a local homebrew store, try to find Bitter Orange Peel. It's not quite the same as a regular, grocery store orange.

You only want the zest, leaving the "white" pith on the orange....that's about 3/4 of an ounce..I'm only guessing but 6-12 seems reasonable. In my wit I used sweet dried orange that I got from the LHBS.
