First time trying to make up my own recipe, driven by a need to use up some bits and bobs. Could I have some feedback? This sound ok?

Looks like a tasty way to use up the odds and ends.
I would drop the Roasted Barley (but that's just because I don't like the taste in a Pale Ale) and add the EKG (or half of them) at flame out instead of at 90 minutes to increase the hop flavor/aroma at the expense of bittering.
