Hey All;

A pal mine and I have just recently bottled our first ever homebrew (Brewer's Best Red Ale kit), and we're both ready to plunge headlong into this lifelong art!

As the subject line implies, we're up here in the icy tundra of New York State, though we're lucky enough to have a dedicated homebrew store in our rusted-out metropolis (Doc's Homebrew!)

So, hopefully, you'll be seeing more posts from me in the future!
