Hello again,
I have just checked my batch of Brewmaster Pilsner, I now have a AG of 1.006 after 7 days, I have decided to put it straight into the fridge to attempt a "cold crash". I'm slightly concerned because I noticed a hint of green discolouration on the lid of my FV. Has anybody else experienced this, being a newbie I'm automatically paranoid and I fear that it has become infected.
Any help and advice would be appreciated. Thanks Wils

Cheers

Does it smell like beer and does it taste like beer? If it ticks both those boxes then it is okay. You will taste very quickly if something is wrong...
