Guess there's this website Tasty Beverage that is selling this for shipping (min 12 bottle/can order), 4pp. For those of us that became fans of Casita while they were selling at Hill...

I’ve got one I can send you if you don’t want to make that big of an order. Let me know.

$22 for a 500ml

I’m guessing there is some freight/shipping costs that are driving the price up to $20-$22, since he had to get all of those bottles down from VT to N.C.

But yeah, I thought they were going to be 750s at that price point.

Tasty doesn't ship to every state, and the shipping is a pain. I'm happy to mule at cost for folks going up for the TB anniversary (or Tired Hands on 4/4, potentially Tree house on 4/5, Hill/Waterbury/Greensboro for 4/6-7, or Suarez/Hudson Valley area on 4/8). Those dates tentative with wuntrikpony's route plan but if you wanna save on shipping and grab some from those areas, slide in my DMs

I work for Tasty in Raleigh, so it's that same price, but I can at least save folks on the shipping (and save my co-workers from packing boxes if it isn't necessary)

I don't get it... is that actually shocking for beer these days?
Right? There are plenty of examples of 375s selling out at 25$... Even 40$ (retail)

I get that not everyone has the same budget for beer but I don't think a 22$ 500ml of BA stout is excessive these days, expensive yes

This is completely random and off topic but, anyone know the last time James was available at HF? And if anyone in the know has any clue, will it be available again at some point? It's one of the few HF beers that has eluded me over the years that I've really wanted to try. That, and I'm a sucker for a good black ipa. Thanks for any information!

Last time I had it was October 2014, and based on my notes, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was available in early 2016 as well I know.

It's been a couple years since that was last seen. I last had that beer looks like 2012, barely remember it. But Foster (Wheat Black IPA) made its way back last year.

Can anyone speak to the snow conditions right now at Stowe? I'm headed to Philly for work and thinking about making a trip up Friday to hit hill and use my epic pass. I've made the drive before but am also wondering if I should bank significant additional time for travel?

The North East got lambasted with snow over the last week so conditions are probably awesome and I would plan on a little extra time to travel.

Roads will be more than well taken care of by the time you make the trip! Only thing I’d caution about is the billions of people that will be flocking to the mountain this weekend with school vacations and all

Sounds like I'm going to be up at stowe 3/17 & 18 if anyone is in the area to hoist a pint and show me the stashes. ;)

Take the gondola up. Head down, stay left facing downhill, keep staying left and look for the dip into the woods after a half mile or so...keep your speed and follow the tight flat path, welcome to ‘the Bench’, best glades in Stowe when conditions are prime. Wouldn’t recommend dipping in there without a buddy if you’ve never been.

Also mt Mansfield>>>spruce peak.
