Really enjoyed Arthur and Dorothy day today at Hill!

Art b3 - very appley and tasty.

Art b5 - ridiculously refreshing and smooth, may have preferred this to b3.

Art plum - probably my favorite of the group. That plum punch at the end is fantastic. Funky, fruity, mild to medium tartness. Fantastic.

Art Plum is my favorite HF beer. So jealous of that lineup!

Had it yesterday, was fantastic. Definitely liked it more than gin clara (which is great as well) - more going on. Spruce/juniper out of the gate. Mild tartness, citrus definitely comes though. So well balanced, wish it were in bigger bottles!

Well since HF is canning now they're probably seeing a significant drop off in the amount of growlers purchased nowadays. I'm sure people still buy them but its definitely not as much as before.

i'll take HF beer in any vessel i can get it in! Lower prices are always a plus! Somebody tell Quebec when i bring a trunk full of beer over the boarder it's all for me.... 8.5L isn't enough... they really think i'm trying to become a distributor with 8.6L... common

Just noticed that this batch of Citra is the Pale Ale, not the IPA that recently came out. It's 5.2% abv.

Or am i confused?

Brettanomyces Bruxellensis can give off a distinct pineapple flavor. I've been convinced for some time now that Shaun has that in his house culture as his farmstead ales carry this distinct tropical fruit note.
