Nice meeting you man. Pretty sure I parked next to you at the rest stop in VT on the way up Friday now that I think of it.

And thanks GuzzleMcBrew - way too generous.

Great festival as always, I drank a lot of Marie yesterday.

For people that went to fofa multiple years, did it seem like beers ran out faster than normal? And that hill farmstead beers were not rotating as fast as normal? Marie seemed like it was on all day, and they were giving out full pours just to try to get rid of it.

It was a good time but I felt like I tried a lot less this year. Maybe it was just the rain forcing people under the tents.

Yes and yes and yes and yes and no. Last year, all but 3 brought kegs to serve, w/ the remaining bringing bottles(I think it was the Canadian brewers brought bottles). This year only HF, SP and Wunderkimer(?) Had kegs going(SP also had a ton of bottles and that was evident by how long their selection lasted. Actually kudos to them for being fully prepared with product.) The rest of the brewers had bottles only. I got to try everything I wanted and had a great time with everyone.

was talking about this with friends afterwards. Last year and the year before HF had more than 1 line, maybe 4 different lines, 1-2 beers per line and once something kicked a replacement was put on that line or that line was removed. this year, they only had 1 line for everything. many people probably were like why wait on that long 1 line when i can get 3-4 others done in the same time and try HF later when the line was shorter. This plus the lack of kegs from other brewers contributed to beer being kicked so quickly IMO.

Pretty much in agreement here. Sure, a couple things (i.e. the line for non-VIPs to get into the festival) could've run a little quicker, but overall had a great day. I do think the rain and what seemed like more attendees this year may have contributed to things running out quickly.

This said, I'm looking forward to reading some disgruntled reviews on BA forums later...

My friends almost made a bet that I'd skip Zimm's wedding and somehow go to FoFA instead. Unbelievable.

That said, even though I was not there, it was a hell of a weekend. I had a wonderful time at Hill on Thursday (that list was insane!) and then Foam/Parker on Friday (Team S&S4 forever!).

It was great to see all of you and connect with some I hadn't met, especially BravoDawg, Frank, and BadJustin.

I am also happy to inform you JulianB's karaoke skills have improved somehow. That isn't saying much, perhaps, but kudos to you, Julian. Our fearless leader Gene did a lovely job with Ben too. When I am feeling less lazy, I may upload the photos and videos for you all. I'm sorry I missed "Suavemente."

If I didn't see you, well... you likely live in this area anyway, and I'll run into you at some point soon.

HopStunna -- Hope you made it to FoFA and also got home okay.

Was a blast finally meeting and hanging with you Noah. That pork gyro with fries in it was the ******* MVP.

To everyone at SLM, it was truly great to meet you all. The wife and I had a blast and we had lots of laughs. Let's do it again next year gang. Srs.

JulianB, I'm posting that video of you and I singing Sweet Caroline at karaoke. We nailed it.

nhindian, I have your Suarez bottles we can figure out something and I'll get them to you Greg.

I'm pretty sure Casey and Jester King were pouring out of bottles last year. I can't remember if Jackie O's was pouring from bottles or kegs.

I do not remember any of this. I think the 6 pints of Edward after hitting up Foam, Alchemist, Docs, and Hill beforehand did me dirty. I need Jesus.
