Need to track down a few bottles and then I plan on doing the full vert this spring or summer (excluding 13 obvi). Will update rankings then.

Should have tried it on tap on FoFA... It was ridiculously wonderful but I agree bottles did not meet my expectations

15 had some bottle variation for +/- mango in your face, but I never had a bottle I didn't like. The best ones were pretty shockingly good tho

Hand peeling will do that. Some mangos were hand peeled with care. Some 2 ***** were given. Boom. Bottle variation.

It's the plums. This has been my experience with Tilquin as well.

The base Art showed through nicely after warming up and losing a little carbonation in a glass. Fresh poured it was tart, kind of like Tilquin Quetsche or Flora Plum. A lot more complexity showed up after.

It's the plums. This has been my experience with Tilquin as well.

I'd agree that's it's slightly more tart, not sure there's less funk. I'd also agree the tartness most likely comes from the plums, I'd say it has an added complexity over base Art

I'd move 11 up two spots and 16 ahead of 12 but otherwise agree. Somehow haven't had 14 though

Was about to say the same thing. CD6 was my first BA Hill beer and it definitely made an impression.

On another note, the recent batch of Nordic is so ******* good.

CD10 is still killer. Acidity restrained but present, super complex. Saison/lambic awesome.

Anybody else drink a Super Sorpresa ever? My word it's delicious. If I had known I wouldn't have waited so long. Funky, citrusy, hoppy, and just beautifully constructed.

This is how I feel about the fruited floras. They are tasty but much prefer the base beer. Although the citrus in satsuma seemed to really let the base beer shine through.
