Plans got changed and now my cannonball run might be Friday if anyone from NYC is interested.
Odds that Clover lasts at 2pp for Friday morning?

If you have the same last name & address then you're fine to use one card.
Hmmm, the week after FOFA my wife and I (same last name & address) were not able to put 4 bottles of Vera on a single card... Not that two cards was an issue for us at the time, but it certainly could've been. Is this a policy update for limited releases, or maybe the woman cashing us out was simply unaware of this minor caveat?
She needs a card. I made this mistake and didn't compel Krystyna to bring a card to FoFA. Don't be me.
If you and your girlfriend have the same last name, that is an interesting coincidence!
Stay tuned for our next episode of Cousin Girlfriend Mules on TLC.Not sure if interesting is the right word![]()
Sorry to derail the convo from the cat beer, but has anyone popped a Sankt Hans recently? Haven't opened one in about a year but stumbled upon a couple in the cellar yesterday. Had put them away hoping they carbed up.
was this the most recent bottle or the one previous? The last one I had, a couple months back, definitely had better carb than some I had before. Not sure if just bottle variation or if they are gaining carb though. It was delicious. Here is a pic of when I had it then:

This one came out in late summer 2015 - which I believe makes it the most recent.
I'm going to say 3rdYeah, this was the batch I was referencing. Released in early September 2015, the most recent, and I think, only the second batch?
Clover line forming?
Yes.
I feel the need to post this...
CLOVER WILL NOT SELL OUT TODAY.
CLOVER WILL NOT SELL OUT TOMORROW.
Most likely, it won't sell out Friday either...
Tacos.
Will limits be lowered?Yes.

Welp, looks like that day off on Friday is going to be used for a cannonball. I was honestly kind of hoping that Clover would sell out before then so I wouldn't feel obliged to make the trip.Yes.

Can't speak for anyone else, but I really love showing up early. We get in, get done with "the business," grab a spot at the table to enjoy an onsite bottle and maybe some cheese in peace,Serious question - not trying to be a dick...Why did you show up early? Are you afraid something might sell out? Do you have to be back somewhere by 1? Is it jut for the fun of it and for tacos?
I am very curious why people do this.

It also lets us get to Parker Pie early enough that there's not much wait for wings and pizza. It's definitely possible to have a relaxing and enjoyable time on a cannonball run from NJ, and getting an early start is one of the keys to that.

and head back home at a reasonable hour... it's getting extra time into the day. You can catch up on sleep a decent time when you get back and not ruin the following day
So guaranteeing the peace and calm of your stay is worth sitting outside of the brewery for 2.5 hours? ok that makes sense. This is just a foreign concept to us Pacific Northwesterners as there are aren't really any beer lines. Holy Mountain has started to garner big waits for bottle releases but it just makes me laugh because I've walked in the afternoon of a bottle release and was able to grab whatever bottles I wanted, have a pint and hang out. However, if there are delicious breakfast tacos available and i wasn't tied to just standing in a spot for 2 hours, I could see myself doing that.
I'm sure some people do it for the FOMO, and some people do it for the fun.
