Sounds like someone hasn't had a Tome in the last couple years.
True, not since 2014. But for me once a brewery goes 7 for 10 on drain pours I have zero interest in revisiting given the plethora of other high quality options we have these days. I will say that one of the good fantome saisons I did have was pretty special.

I'm glad that I didn't give up on them after the smoke/plastic era, because they're the best saisons that I can casually walk in to a store and buy nowadays.

Seemed like they had an 'only two weeks or we're cellaring them' philosphy since SARA WOL that seems to have ended with Anchorage WOL? Hard to keep up with things up there, but I never leave disappointed :)

I was always under the assumption that things never really lasted more than 2weeks. (Which has changed with the new bottle policy!)

I feel like any amount that Shaun wants cellared he does before putting out the public stock. I mean why take things back because its not selling fast enough...then again I'm no neckbeard so what do i know.

Edit: typos

I'm looking for a DD for FoFA. We are staying walking distance from parker pie. Probably opening bottles the night before, so come hang out then if you want as well.
