^ b3. Did a b4 side by side shortly after. On ******* point. The both of them. Tremendously well balanced. I cannot get enough of this beer.... This is the reason I don't seek out "big" beers from across the country. Rarely are they as good as what I have in my backyard. (My backyard meaning from New England, as i'm a Masshole)

Seems like it would work. I'd go full on Vermonthomer and pair it with Oma from Jasper Hill.
Something from Vermont Creamery's aged goat cheese line (Bonne Bouche, Cremont, Coupole - probably in that order) would work too.
