What are driving conditions like in January? Is there a lot of snow anticipated?

Even in the worst weather, I've never really had even a slight amount of trouble driving to HF. And I don't exactly drive a super rugged off-road vehicle (please nobody out me on what I drive). But I am from New England.

You're from VT so they're fine. Flat landers who think driving on a well maintained dirt road is "off roading" are the only folks who ever seem to have trouble traversing Taylor/Hill Road regardless of the severity of the conditions (snow/mud/etc).

Outside of having never driven in snow before; you will be fine. As rwitter may be eluding to you will need a car wash though.

What temperature does beer freeze, I have two cases of beer in the car and it's gonna be like 27 in Waterbury tonight and I'm lazy as **** and don't want to haul it up to my room :(

Thanks fellas, was planning another trip there in late January. I was at HF in September and it was beautiful, wasn't sure about this time of the year. We don't get snow here in Hawaii so I'll be cautious.

rwitter hope she's ok!

Anyone have an extra Hill glass in blue? Friend of his broke his and I'm trying to replace it for him. What color is on sale at the brewery?

Happy New Year! To roll out the new year, we'll be releasing two beers:

Leaves of Grass - December 4, 2015

A Farmstead Ale brewed with Vermont organic malted barley, Vermont organic malted wheat, Vermont organic malted oats, hops, chamomile, heather flowers, yeast and our well water, then fermented in an oak tank.

$8 per bottle. 2 bottles per person. 375ml.

Juicy

It's back! Juicy is inspired by our love for New Zealand—the adventures had therein, and the journeys grown from without. Our love for the landscape, the agriculture, and the spirited reflection of its inhabitants a decade ago has led to the vision of what lies before you. After nearly two years conditioning in wine barrels with our resident microflora, the beer that we have referred to as Juicy is now ready to be enjoyed.

$17 per bottle. 4 bottles per person. 375ml. Also available for onsite consumption in our retail shop.
