Taking an unplanned trip up there tomorrow morning with KevyWevy and Os. It's a cannonball run so we won't be sticking around too long, but hope to see some of you fine folks there!

Ugh you guys are tempting me to stick around a bit longer than planned tomorrow...

Great afternoon at HF getting meet Number45 and share bottles of CD 13 and CD 15. Also got to meet Adam Chandler for the first time after having talked a few times on here which was neat. Enjoyed seeing and talking with all the familiar faces on the HF staff, especially Kerrie who was handling most of the bottle pours and Phil manning the bottle sales. Next trip won't be for a while so I'm going to savor this one.

DC is my favorite hoppy beer, all-time, period. I am seriously looking forward to pairing it with a Scott's Revenge tomorrow.

Oh well, something tells me I'll find something good to drink anyway... :p

They put Conduct of Life on right after. :) Also the batch of Convivial Suarez on draft there is probably my favorite iteration of that beer among the ones I've had. Whereas the Brother Soigne isn't as good as the 5/28/15 bottles I hoarded and keep drinking, but then again I don't think I've ever liked Soigne on draft as much as from the bottle.

Today's plan looks like Stagecoach for breakfast and then Waitsfield for the Lawson's truck sale. Hope it's not a total shitshow and really don't even care about not getting DS (got a bottle yesterday), mainly just want a case of Sip to bring home and share around.

I'll be there Saturday around 3-4pm 4:45. I don't know any of you guys will be too but I'll be looking for someone so split bottles with. I'll be there queen with the nail polish and mules(the shoes, not the people).
Fixed. Disappointed I missed all of TB today but holy hell things are running great up there now.

I noticed the screen menu in the taproom this weekend mentioned Citra as one of the hops in Enlightenment rather than the usual listing of just Amarillo and Simcoe. I'm curious if that's an indication of a recipe tweak or just a misprint. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try it to see if it at least tasted the same as always.

Figure it's probably going to be a slow week up there with no new releases but anybody going tomorrow and want to split a cd13 (if it's still on) or a cd15?

That was a mistake by retail. The beer is same as it has always been. I know the retail shop is one of the sources of information you guys look to when at the brewery so sorry for the confusion.

more times than not, I just look to see if Shaun or someone else truly in the know says "new iteration" or something like that. Otherwise, I assume it's the same recipe.

Oh I'm definitely drinking that too, but I think they will let you solo that one?
not sure. I was with a group of 2 others and we got a CD13 and a Elab4.
the Elab4 is only 3.2% so I would venture a yes...

They will definitely let you solo the Elab 4, and you should because it's delicious. My only beef with it is that it should have been released in July, in magnum, and in large quantities :D
