Thought it was very good at fofa, not mind blowing like sarrasin/being and time etc were (though that could be just because of everything at fofa). Interested to see what happens with it over time (I believe this is the same beer, right?)

Yeah it should be, although was it poured out of bottles or keg?

was a keg...and I believe it was a tired hands/SARA/HF collab, but I think it was from 2013 so I don't think they would've done 2 collabs in the same year, but i could be wrong...

It's the same beer. According to Shaun (and if I remember our conversation correctly he wanted me to correct any misconceptions) Jean "didn't feel a personal enough connection to the beer" and asked that Tired Hands' name get taken off.

Not sure if anyone else has popped a sankt bottle yet, but mine was basically still...think I'm gonna let the rest of mine sit for quite a while haha...anyone else find this? This was the first pour...

Flavors were still nice, had some tartness, but definitely should sit in the bottle for a bit longer

Didn't open one but just shook the bottle and it was plenty carbed.

Hadn't been up in a while. New system + draft pours and not having to wait in line is awesome. Much much more enjoyable experience! New brew house looks amazing (and huge). Can't wait to see the finished tap room, looks great already.

I couldn't agree more, I went up last week and it was one of my best trips yet.

S&S6 > S&S4 for me, but it's damn close. Definitely the best two of the series (caveat: I haven't tried S&S3 yet).

Just opened one. Flavor is there and will only get better with time. Mine wasn't flat, but it was noticeably light on carb. YMMV
