The huevos rancheros were the highlight of my last Vermont trip, even more so than any of the beers.

Okay, the Green Mountain pie at Parker was pretty close.

I had them the first morning when I stayed there in Feb and couldn't bring myself to order anything else the 2nd morning.

I'm particularly fond of Scott's Revenge pizza and the sweet and spicy Thai wings, a pour of fresh Edward and if they have a bottle of gueuze...

Breakfast at the Stagecoach is the huevos or banana pancakes...

The pork rinds and fried curds at Pro Pig... that hoppy session beer or their Bourbon sour...

Backacre at 3PT with peanut butter bacon burger...

Dinner at the Res... Duck, Meatloaf or Venison pot pie. Can't go wrong

Or Hen of the Wood if you want to shoot for the moon.

Kinda find Mc'Carthy's underwhelming YMMV.
Green Goddess isn't as traditional, but they serve up good breakfast.

I was told to ask about the breakfast at Stagecoach Inn. Well? Tell me more friends.

Basically all you can eat for $14?...Don't be shy. All you have to do is ask. Want bacon AND sausage? Boom. Want a side (banana) pancake or waffle with that Huevos, absolutely. Do you make a mess when you eat? Kick ass dachshund named Max will take care of any split crumbs for you.
Breakfast serving times vary greatly, look for the "Now Serving Breakfast" sign out front and head on in.

Grey Fox Inn used to have a great breakfast option in Stowe.

I like skinny pancake but get tired of crepes.

Last time I was at skinny pancake a very hungover RochesterAaron ordered the breakfast burrito. The very cute cashier asked if I wanted bacon. A hungover fat man just ordered the breakfast burrito. Do you really need to ask if I want bacon? Load that ************ up with cured pork products.

Corn beef hash at McCarthy's is dope.

Tell me more. Corned Beef hash + eggs = a little slice of heaven.

We ate lunch at lost nation last month and it was tasty.

Didn't get the love for mad taco either. Only had a quick bite for lunch though. Tap list was stellar

Really? I thought it was heavy/greasy as hell - though that may have been because of the two patties.
